Overall, it was a good learning experience for me being SL.
But here are some important points that I will keep in mind while planning next.
1.Pre lesson discussion with the teacher
2. Students Portfolio where I'm going to deliver a lesson
3.Critical analysis of my final plan that I am going to deliver in order to get better outcome.
4. Focus on collaborative learning activities to enhance students ' learning.
Discussion with the co teacher before implementation of any new strategy will be effective in future.

Being SL its a great opportunity to learn and enhance my own skills.
I tried to model my expertise in an effective manner although there is always a room for improvement.
I would work further while planning no. of strategies.
Research, in depth discussion during PLCs and sharing of teaching material will bring a new change InShaAllah.
Keeping track for the planned collaborative learning activities and implementation of new teaching strategies in order to make our students use to for this learning environment, will be more helpful and effective during model leasson and co teach.

Being an SL I get the opportunities to not only guide my teachers but also to reflect, for better guidance and implementation of new and active teaching and learning strategies. Here I would like to reflect that being an SL, before conducting any model lesson or co teaching, I will discuss the class and students’ portfolio, their strength and weakness so I could plan and conduct an effective inclusive lesson. I will discuss with the teacher the areas of improvement or where she required assistance and then plan accordingly. Furthermore, I will work on collaborative activities and active learning strategies to make the lesson interactive so students could be an effective and active member of the class, and use of various AFL strategies for effective and critical evaluation of teaching and learning. I will work on the effective use of digital tools and suggest my teachers too, to make our learners digitally literate.

Reflecting deeply on the lesson already conducted, is always a challenge for me, however it results in future action plan. The model lesson I conducted in 7Blue, was about differentiated task. I would like to work on following in future to improve my teaching and students learning.
1)Knowing about the students so that I can plan better for collaboration activities.
2)Before implementing a new AFL strategy, I will search all pros and cons of it in detail.
3)I will work on differentiated questions to be asked from different ability groups , while planning differentiated task .

As an SL I get opportunities to guide my mentees and better way of implementation of new and active learning strategies. There are some areas of development that I will be focusing InshaAllah in the upcoming new session before conducting my model lesson I will be focusing on the students' portfolio their strengths and weaknesses. I will try my best to conduct an effective and comprehensive lesson. I will try to manage my time as it was experienced that I was not able to manage my time properly. I will ask my mentees to give a constructive feedback
I will be covering the communication gap between me and my mentee. by giving them confidence so that the model lesson would be effective for them too as many confusions get clear after discussion.

As an experienced teacher, receiving constructive feedback from various stakeholders is important to continuously enhance my teaching practices. While evaluating my performance as a teacher, focusing on the feedback provided by my head, co-teacher, and student I have figured out certain areas for reinforcements as well as areas which require refinement or improvement in the future.
Starting with the feedback from my head, she commended my dedication to teaching. However, she emphasized the need for further development in differentiation and inclusivity. While I consistently thrive to deliver lessons that engage most students, there is a noticeable gap in meeting the diverse needs of the entire class. Implementing varied instructional strategies, employing different materials, and providing additional support for struggling learners would help ensure that every student is challenged and included. I would surely keep this while planning and implementing a lesson be it co-teaching or a demo lesson.
My co-teacher's feedback revealed a similar sentiment. She admired my ability to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere and foster student engagement. However, she pointed out that clearer communication between both of us would enhance collaborative teaching and streamline the flow of lessons. Establishing regular planning sessions, sharing resources, and aligning teaching objectives will facilitate a more cohesive and effective teaching partnership.
The students' responses as the’ muddiest point’ provided valuable insight into my teaching style and its impact. The majority of students expressed satisfaction with lessons, acknowledging enthusiasm and approachability. However, some students highlighted the need for clearer explanations. Ensuring that instructions are concise and comprehensible, incorporating visual aids and graphic organizers, and providing students with clear learning objectives will improve the coherency of my lessons.
In terms of active learning strategies, both my co-teacher and students valued the opportunities provided for collaboration and group work. However, while evaluating I figured out that integrating a wider range of interactive techniques and incorporating student-led discussions would further promote active engagement and critical thinking. I would continue to encourage students to take ownership of their learning through varied assessments and incorporating technology as a learning tool, this will ensure a more dynamic and inclusive classroom environment.
Consequently, by addressing areas for improvement that include Instructional designs, differentiation, and incorporating more active learning strategies I will be able to create a more inclusive and engaging learning environment that meets the diverse needs of all my students. I would continue to embrace feedback, seek professional development opportunities, and implement the recommended strategies to further enhance my effectiveness as a teacher.

ICs and SLs play a vital role in supporting and developing new or struggling teachers in their profession. They provide guidance, feedback, encouragement, and resources to help their co-teachers to grow and improve their practice. As an SL areas which have chosen to work in upcoming year to improve my effectiveness and efficiency are these:
I will work on planning of group dynamics with my teachers before conducting model lessons or co-teaching by this I will know about students needs.
I will also work on communication and giving positive feedback it will helps my teachers to work more effectively they will feel more confident and they will apply new strategies without hesitation.
I will also work on effective use of AFL strategies to improve my teaching and learning process.
