Create an Action Plan

 Dear SBPD Team,

Throughout the tasks, you all have been reflecting on your own and your peers' practices and skills, expanding your knowledge and understanding of your role, appreciating the strengths, and identifying areas for improvement.

Now is the time to create your action plan. From the 3 areas you have identified as areas for your development, prioritize 2 areas for the next academic year and create your professional development plan. The format is shared with you in Google Drive. You will make your name folder and upload your completed file by Monday, 26th June'23 morning. The link for the drive is:
