Appreciate 1 thing:
Collaboration among students and use of AFL.

Suggest one strategy :
Group Dynamics will play an important and positive role in such situations.
Teacher can have some incentives for students in order to keep them on track.
Before going to someone else's class, teacher can gather data about students beforehand and can devise strategies to deal with them.

New learning after reading the reflection:

Collaboration among students is necessary.
Before implementing any new strategy I can simulate or roleplay that thing before making my students to experience that thing.
Effective Questioning plays a vital role in students ' learning.

Praising strategies: Effective implementation of AFL and Differentiation
Suggestion:

One effective strategy to cater to differentiated questions during a lesson is by implementing a tiered questions approach. Tiered Questions: Create sets of questions at different levels of complexity or depth of understanding. These questions should align with the learning objectives and cater to the varying abilities and readiness of students. Like, you can have three levels of questions: basic, intermediate, and advanced.

New Learning:
As Differentiation is not a new learning for me but loves to see how Saira effectively implemented it in the lesson. Implementing differentiation strategies in teaching practice has been a transformative experience. It has allowed us to meet the diverse needs of students and create a more inclusive learning environment. By tailoring instruction, assignments, and assessments to individual student's abilities, interests, and learning styles, I have also witnessed increased student engagement and academic growth. Differentiation has also fostered a sense of empowerment and ownership in students as they take ownership of their learning journey.

Appreciate 1 thing:
Conducive environment and smooth transition of activities.
Suggest one strategy:
Teacher must work on collaboration between the students to enhance their skills. In class 2 level,
I suggest her to do experiment with the activities like
Stump Your Partner
•Students take a minute to create a challenging question based on the lecture content up to that point.
•Students pose the question to the person sitting next to them.
•To take this activity a step further, ask students to write down their questions and hand them in. These questions can be used to create tests or exams. They can also be reviewed to gauge student understanding.
This activity works well on all levels . It can be done in small groups also .
New learning….
After going through the reflection, I believe even more on this that one should always research and understand about any strategy, one wants to implement. Collaboration between the students is a vital part a lesson .

Appreciate one thing about the lesson conducted.
The lesson plan focuses on all the elements required to make it inclusive. The teacher had shown clarity of roles while implementing strategies during a co-taught lesson. There are assessment strategies to gauge students’ attention as well as I can see students collaborating in the class for optimum outcomes.
Suggest one strategy that can make the lesson even better.
One suggestion I feel is the most important while conducting Islamiat lessons is that it had to be taken with some interesting questions and graphic organizers need to be prepared to make the learning experience slightly different and maybe more engaging, as I feel it’s Islamic History. It can also cater to time lapses, students will be able to connect ideas to the given text, and will also provide a quick assessment of students’ learning for the teacher to analyse regarding the event discussed.
New learning after reading the reflection:
I realized yet again that effective feedback is the most vital tool for understanding where your teaching and the student’s learning prevail, in our struggle to impart qualitative education. The way we will plan for the feedback to be taken will surely demonstrate the alignment of our targets and learning outcomes of the year.

One good thing about the lesson was the collaboration of students and inclusive lesson as collaboration provides higher student engagement and deeper understanding of academic content. It imparts opportunities to work and collaborate together to learn and grow, from each other. Collaborative learning not only develops higher-level thinking skills in students, but also boosts their confidence.
One strategy that could be used to make the lesson even better is that rather than a simple written task in Islamist, a timeline could be asked to make or some organizers could be used to make the lesson interactive and that could be useful to cater to time management issues as well.
Although it's not new, I realized that clear instructional delivery and teacher's guidance is crucially important for students' clear understanding, better approach towards the task and success of the lesson. It's vital for any lesson. As in this lesson the teacher's guidance was not clear enough so it left some ambiguities to the learners mind. Teachers should be resourceful not only physically but mentally as well.

SL name Asma Noreen
One good thing about was collaboration among students and disciplined environment as well as all groups able to complete given task on time
One suggestion
Before modeling lesson in others class teacher should collect the data about the students so he/ she could plan differentiation task according to their abilities
One strategy that could be used is pose thought-provoking questions which inspire your students to think for themselves and become more independent learners instead of group work.Encourage students to ask questions and investigate their own ideas it will helps to improve their problem-solving skills as well as gain a deeper understanding of academic concepts. Both of which are important life skill

Collaborative learning not only develops higher-level thinking skills in students, but also boosts their confidence.
One strategy that could be used to make the lesson even better is that rather than direct creating their own circuits immediately after identifying, there should be some guided practice for it, like first teacher's modelling for that and then assigning students in groups. Through group task, students would learn more as it give students chance to learn from each other.
Although it's not new, teacher's guidance is crucially important for students' clear understanding, better approach towards the task and success of the lesson. It's vital for any lesson. For any new task teacher should model that first for students and then ask them apply their learning. Planning should be in progression, like immediately after identifying you can't ask students to create that until they don't have hands on practice of that concept. As in this lesson the teacher's guidance was not clear enough so it left some ambiguities to the learners mind.
