Being an SL the things I am able to complete successfully were the coordination meetings, ideas and suggestions for effective lesson planning, suggestions for teaching aids and resources, designing CATs, and attending HO-based and cluster-based meetings.
Other than this success, the things I found difficult were providing model lessons and co-teaching every week and the production of high-quality material and its successful use in the classroom.
I am still confused that how to lead professional learning groups through reading circles.
3. As a SL i was able to complete many things such as

•i suggested high quality teaching materials to my group members
•collaborated with teachers for designing CATs and other home tests
• model lessons were provided co teaching as well was conducted
2.the things I found difficult were providing model lessons and co-teaching every week and the production of high-quality materials its was difficult for me because of work load
1.I am still confused that how to lead professional learning groups through reading circles
Being an IC I have completed
i)Collaborated with other IC and completed the mandatory PD course DRP .
ii)Delivered model lesson.
iii)Mentored and guided teachers informally.
2 things you have found difficult to complete?
I found it difficult to complete
i)Observing and giving feedback to two teachers per week.
ii)Modeling / Co-teaching lessons because it requires a lot of discussion and planning time.
I am still confused about how to manage time for doing all my JD along with teaching workload and prep-time of mandatory course.
3.Leading levels coordination meetings, Attending subject specific workshops and cluster based coordination meetings, Collaborating level wise teachers for classroom observations and assessments.
2.Moderation of 1 subject specific online course/workshop,leading learning groups through reading circles
1.Production and dissemination of teaching material
• Lead subject coordination meetings once a week successfully, though there have been some discrepancies, they were catered by different timings and after off-time.
• Coordinate the lesson plans at different levels of social studies
• Collaborate and share ideas with my team to help them design CATs and tests.
• Giving enough references to the books to facilitate teaching the subject.
• Disseminate material for the best educational practices of social studies, though we do discuss general sites and videos and links, especially from the TLC for primary classes, however, I personally feel that apart from textbook teachers need to upgrade their self-knowledge of the subject by different other means as well. So, I found difficulty in keeping a follow-up for this.
• Not exactly confused, but with my full workload sometimes all professional development areas can not be catered to so I need assistance in managing that efficiently.
Working as an SL the tasks I am able to accomplish successfully are the coordination meetings on regular basis, ideas and suggestions for effective lesson planning with Interactive and Collaborative teaching and learning strategies, suggestions for teaching aids and using authentic resources (from varied books) , designing CATs, and attending HO-based and cluster-based meetings to Cascade them for the improvement of my team and hence the school.
Other than this success, the things I found difficult were providing model lessons and co-teaching every week and the production of high-quality, IT integrated based lessons material and its successful use in the classroom. Although on the demand of some specific people I'd been allowing them to sit and observe my lessons for better understanding of the topics and their implementation just twice a year.
I am still confused that how to lead professional learning groups through reading circles, managing coteaching, accomplishing online courses etc with a complete workload per requirements of the system. I feel time constraint is a big hindrance, no understanding issue is going to matter.
Being an SL (subject lead) I have tried my best to complete all given tasks in time as:
• Lead subject co ordination subject meeting once in a week to coordinate the lesson planning for the subject area.
• Co teaching.
• collaborate and share ideas with other teachers in designing classroom assessments.(CATs)
•
• I feel difficulty to provide weekly model lesson with staff observing and co teaching.
• As a new member of Subject lead there are many challenges but i am confident and ready to face all these challenges under the guidance of my seniors.
• I am confused about leading professional learning groups through reading circle with documentation.
As an instructional coach, I have achieved the following milestones:
i) Collaborated with fellow instructional coaches and successfully completed the mandatory professional development course BTPP.
ii) Conducted a model lesson to demonstrate effective teaching practices.
iii) Provided informal mentoring and guidance to teachers.
However, I have encountered challenges in completing two specific tasks:
i) Finding it difficult to observe and provide constructive feedback to two teachers per week.
ii) Struggling with the extensive time required for discussing and planning lessons for modelling or co-teaching.
Despite my best efforts, I have faced challenges in managing various aspects of my role, including handling my teaching workload and adequately maintaining mentoring requirements. These difficulties have made it particularly challenging for me to fulfil my responsibilities in observing and providing feedback to two teachers per week, as well as effectively planning and executing modelling or co-teaching lessons.
